ACL Injury Prevention

The goal of the program is to evaluate the lower body to identify factors that could predispose the athlete to potential ACL injury and to educate by providing techniques and strategies to minimize potential risk.

MetaShape™ (Total Conditioning for Adults)

The intensity and customized instruction of a personal training session at a group rate you can afford. Achieve maximum levels of strength, flexibility, and endurance by increasing your metabolism through a uniquely structured workout combining cardio-vascular endurance and muscular stren gth activities. This one hour class will increase your metabolic rate by featuring a dynamic warm-up, agility, conditioning and strength drills in a team atmosphere. You will also learn principles and strategies that will create a metamorphosis to your body and help you stay fit for life!

Personal Training

One on one training for athletes who prefer personal attention.

Small Group Training

Offered for 2-4 individuals looking for a cost effective personal training experience. Groups vary in size and can be self-created. By appointment only.

Speed & Agility

Designed to prevent injuries and improve performance. ProShape™ uses the most successful methods to enable each athlete to increase their overall speed, strength, explosiveness, agility and sport-specific potential.

Team Training

ProShape™ will train your team at your facility or ours. Team training will help mold your team into a unit and help to build chemistry between teammates.

Total Conditioning for Youth

Get and stay fit with conditioning drills for adolescents. Increase your speed, agility and endurance levels with this one hour class. Program features a dynamic warm-up, plyometric drills, conditioning and strength drills for speed.
