Speed—To increase the athlete's stride length by two inches and/or increase the stride frequency.
Health—To help the athlete reach an optimal body fat level through proper training and nutrition habits.
Agility—To improve the ability to change the direction of the body rapidly.
Power—To increase the strength level of our moderately trained clients by 10-20%, our advanced trained clients by 5-10%, and our elite trained clients by 2-5%.
